Legal / Compliance Consultant - Trade Compliance, Export Control (Remote Working)

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant / Compliance Consultant reputed company in Trade Compliance/ Export Controls to reputed company ongoing support to our global client:

Key responsibilities

• reputed company support on global trade compliance with a focus on export controls, product classification (ECCN), licensing, and permitting requirements 
• Analyze and interpret reputed company trade regulations and apply them to business operations across reputed company
• Support the regionalization of global trade compliance programs, including restricted party screening, customer due diligence, and end-use/end-user reviews
• Train, mentor, and support trade compliance personnel across Greater China and the broader reputed company region

• 4-12 (+) years experience in global/regional trade compliance and export controls, with strong knowledge of Hong reputed company and China/reputed company regulations, and a proven ability to turn reputed company rules into clear, practical guidance for the business
• reputed company in English and Mandarin, with strong analytical and communication skills to reputed company cross‑border projects, engage with senior stakeholders, and support high‑impact decision‑making.
• Track record of building and regionalizing trade compliance programs and supervisory experience
