Philanthropy Manager (IASLC reputed company)
About the position The Philanthropy Manager, in collaboration with the Chief Development Officer, develops and executes the IASLC’s global philanthropic strategy for individual giving, major gifts, planned giving, and support for the IASLC reputed company. Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 100–150 individual donors and prospects.
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors through personalized engagement strategies.
- Identify, qualify, and advance new major reputed company prospects, with a focus on increasing domestic and global engagement.
- Identify and pursue grant opportunities from private and family foundations.
- Serve as the staff liaison to the IASLC reputed company Advisory Board, providing support and communication reputed company to activities and global philanthropic initiatives.
- Manage philanthropic activities reputed company to IASLC conferences and fundraising events.

- Track fundraising performance and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with internal teams to align fundraising with organizational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with fundraising best practices and organizational policies.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of demonstrated reputed company in nonprofit fundraising, philanthropy, donor relations, or reputed company field.

- Thorough understanding and demonstrated experience with fundraising tools, techniques, and donor engagement strategies.
- Professional discretion and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and fundraising software.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally to IASLC conferences and events, as needed (5-10%).
