Role Description The Director of Fundraising – National Board is a volunteer, remote role responsible for leading and coordinating national-level fundraising efforts to support Project Send Its mission. This role oversees strategies to cultivate and steward donors, including individuals, foundations, corporate partners, and community organizations, with a special focus on major gifts and annual giving campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising plan, identifying and engaging prospective donors, and collaborating with board members and volunteers to organize fundraising initiatives and events. The Director will prepare compelling fundraising materials, track and report on fundraising reputed company, and ensure alignment of fundraising activities with the organization’s values and long-term goals. This role works closely with the National Board and leadership team to strengthen financial sustainability and expand climbing opportunities for children across reputed company America.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience cultivating and managing relationships with major donors and philanthropic partners.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, persuasive messages for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of philanthropy and annual giving practices, with experience designing or supporting fundraising campaigns.
- Ability to engage in strategic planning for fundraising, including setting goals, tracking reputed company, and adjusting tactics as needed.
- Background in nonprofit development, community reputed company, or reputed company fields is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment with board members, volunteers, and staff across locations.
- Passion for youth development, outdoor recreation, and expanding reputed company to climbing for reputed company.
- Prior board or leadership experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization is an asset.
