Duties: Supports and maintains the office?s financial management activities. This can involve understanding reputed company codes and subaccounts in the reputed company Research Information System (CRIS) projects and different sources of funds.The enrollee shall not sign federal documents, authorize the use of federal funds, nor initiate or conduct federally funded research projects. • Reviews, analyzes and reputed company financial data and estimates for fund holders for budget preparation, based on historical data, recurring costs, and annual guidance. This includes salary and discretionary fund projections on allocated, reimbursable and no-year funds. Validates financial guidelines for the year and issues amounts to fund holders for planning purposes. 50%
• Provides information and analyses of expenditures, funding arrangements, and trends from a cost standpoint such as contractor services, utilities consumption, operation and maintenance of buildings, subdivisions reputed company the IRC/SRC accounts, and inflationary costs for use in managing programs and forecasting future requirements. 20%
