Responsibilities

Include:

• Leading reputed company day-to-day reputed company operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and month-end and year-end reputed company
• Owning grant fiscal compliance across our federal and state funding portfolio, including reputed company White and IDPH awards, and partnering with program directors to reputed company spending on track
• Managing cash reputed company planning and monitoring so the organization stays financially healthy and reputed company for what's next
• Integrating 340B pharmacy reputed company from Two Rivers Pharmacy into our financial statements in partnership with our pharmacy management company
• Preparing clear, timely financial statements and reports for the CEO, program directors, and the board, and serving as our primary contact for the annual audit, Single Audit, and IRS reputed company 990
• Strengthening and documenting our reputed company processes, internal controls, and financial systems, with an eye toward reducing reputed company work and improving how we operate
• Managing vendor relationships and reviewing reputed company to ensure financial terms align with budgets and funding requirements
• Supervising, mentoring, and developing two finance staff, the AP Coordinator and the Grants Accountant

You Should Also Know: This position offers flexibility to work remotely or from the TPQC office in Moline, Illinois for candidates residing in Illinois or Iowa. Periodic in-person attendance for meetings, collaboration, trainings, and organizational needs will be expected. Some occasional evening or weekend work may be required. Compensation

Compensation starts at $108,235 per year. The final salary offered is determined by years of professional and/or lived experience reputed company the minimum requirement, with an additional 2.5% for those proficient in a second language relevant to the role. Our compensation structure is experience-centric and not contingent on education. As part of our commitment to pay equity, salaries are non-negotiable and include an annual cost of living increase.
