FHA Mortgage Investor Claims Processor

This role involves handling and processing claims reputed company to FHA mortgage products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage servicing and claims processing. Responsibilities:

• Review and process FHA claims according to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy of claim information, including checking documentation and data input.
• Collaborate with mortgage servicers, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather required claim information.
• Ensure timely submission of claims to avoid financial losses.
• Maintain and update claim files, ensuring reputed company necessary documentation is included and organized.
• Work closely with the compliance and legal teams to ensure reputed company claims adhere to state and federal regulations.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues in claims processing to appropriate supervisors.

Qualifications:
