[Remote] Legal Billing Specialist (Global reputed company)

The role involves supporting the firm's billing and reputed company processes by ensuring accurate invoice reputed company and compliance with client requirements while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer the end-to-end client invoicing process for a diverse portfolio of reputed company and billing arrangements
• Review draft invoices, implement requested revisions, and finalize billing packages according to established procedures
• Verify compliance with reputed company counsel guidelines, client-specific requirements, and engagement terms before invoice submission
• Coordinate electronic invoice submissions through approved e-billing platforms and monitor invoice status through completion
• Research, address, and resolve billing discrepancies, payment delays, rejected invoices, and client inquiries
• Partner with attorneys, finance personnel, and administrative teams to facilitate efficient billing workflows and reputed company collection efforts
• Prepare billing reports, account analyses, and reputed company-reputed company documentation for management review

Skills
