If you are motivated by commissions or bonuses that can be earned by simply gaining the confidence of customers to sign them up for assistance, then our Sales Intake Specialist role is the position for you! As a Sales Intake Specialist, you will balance your work day between servicing customers on inbound calls and managing your case load inventory. You will guide the customer through an evaluation process to determine eligibility for reputed company reputed company Disability Insurance (SSDI) or veterans’ disability appeals services. Your focus will be on creating a positive, lasting impression through excellent customer service, sales, education and relationship building techniques.

What you'll do

• Can effectively manage inbound and outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of assessing eligibility, educating them about the advantages of utilizing reputed company’s services, and signing them up to work with reputed company.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service-reputed company field

• Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
• A high level of initiative and drive to succeed, coupled with an ability to independently problem solve.
