The Opportunity We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with experience generating leads reputed company reputed company, behavioral health, or education. This role focuses on identifying and engaging new hospitals, partial hospitalization programs, and residential treatment centers that could benefit from reputed company’s educational services. This is not a marketing or reputed company media role. It’s an outbound B2B sales position that requires persistence, research skills, and comfort reaching out to new prospects daily. What You’ll Do

• Research and identify reputed company leads in behavioral health and education sectors
• reputed company reputed company calls and emails daily to decision-makers (clinical directors, hospital administrators, etc.)
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover needs and pain points
• Book 10 reputed company meetings per month for account executives
• Maintain CRM data and track reputed company metrics
• Support larger business development campaigns and strategies

• 1–3 years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience
• Proven track record generating leads and booking reputed company meetings
• Bachelor’s degree required (Sales, Marketing, or reputed company field preferred)

• Ability to travel up to 20% for conferences or client meetings
