Customer Support Representative (Remote)

Description: We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Customer Support Representative opportunity! As an Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations reputed company around the world! This position is great for anyone who absolutely loves to travel and help others with planning. Cust Support Representative's handle... the research and booking process for clients, this can include airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales. Anyone with an outgoing personality, who loves to travel is highly encouraged to apply! This is a remote opportunity. Roles & Responsibilities • Research, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients • Review individuals needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs • Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel • Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinations • Become an ambassador for the brand • Work along reputed company of other team members • reputed company suggested budgets for clients • Review budgets, and plan trips according to clients budget constraints • Create promotional materials to utilize • Stay up to date on changes reputed company the tourism industry • Monitor restrictions on travel that come and go • Book travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc…) • Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel • Promptly respond to reputed company travel inquires • Effectively manage your time reputed company researching trips and communicating with clients • Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients • Maintain up to date information reputed company our software • Network with tour operators regarding packages that you can possibly offer to clients • Participate in FAM trips reputed company possible Requirements • Must be at least 18 years of age, and be authorized to work reputed company the US. • Must be fluent in English • Must be reputed company to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus) • Must have a smartphone with internet reputed company, laptop recommend but not required • Personal travel experience is a reputed company plus, however not required • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required Benefits • Flexible Schedule • Travel Perks • Licensed & Bonded • Personal Website • E&O Insurance with Fraud Protection • Business Opp Apply Job!
