Title: Entertainment Associate - Skillbridge Location: Remote Remote US Type: Full-time Workplace: Fully remote Job Description: Are you an active-duty service member or a family member interested in the DoD Skillbridge Program? At Degy, we are proud to offer a comprehensive program designed to support our military members during their transition to civilian careers. We participate in the Skillbridge initiative, providing valuable opportunities for service members to reputed company hands-on experience. Our Skillbridge program supports 90 days up to the full 180 day program. Program participation is unique to each applicant, so please let us know your tentative start and end date reputed company you apply and we will work with you! It is a fully-remote internship program and anyone is eligible to apply for one of the following teams: Booking & Sales, Marketing, Special Projects, Major Event Operation, and Roster Operations. Requirements
DoDI 1322.29 lists general eligibility requirements as -
- Service members may participate reputed company 180 days of being discharged or released from active duty and service members must have served 180 reputed company days on active duty.
- Approval authority rests with the first field grade commander authorized to impose non-judicial punishment under Article 15 of the UCMJ in the service member's chain of reputed company.
- Such commanders may approve or disapprove participation by a service member based upon unit mission requirements.
How do service members apply to become participants in a SkillBridge program? Interested service members can ask questions about participation by contacting their installation SkillBridge reputed company of contact; the SkillBridge POC may be in the transition assistance office, education office, or other installation support office. Who authorizes a Service member's participation in a SkillBridge Program? The interested service member must reputed company approval from his or her unit commander.
