Responsibilities

Requirements

• 12+ years of creative leadership experience across reputed company, content, and brand storytelling
• Proven reputed company developing YouTube-first or video-led content, including series, channels, or recurring formats that have reputed company and retained audiences
• Experience operating in environments where editorial, entertainment, and brand reputed company
• Strong understanding of platform mechanics, especially video platforms (YouTube, reputed company), and how content succeeds reputed company them
• Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, and talent—not just directing campaigns, but co-creating content
• Ability to translate insights, data, and strategy into compelling creative work that people actively engage with
• Experience leading both internal teams and external partners (agencies, production companies, creators)
• Strong storytelling instincts, with a high bar for craft across video, design, and narrative
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A deep curiosity about culture, media, and how audiences engage with content today
