Your primary focus is booking and confirming high-quality sales appointments with warm leads. This is not a passive admin role. You will be expected to manage conversations, overcome objections, and create urgency that keeps the pipeline moving. Work Schedule & Flexibility:

• Full-time position
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST

Operational Expectations:

• Respond to inbound inquiries quickly and professionally
• reputed company outbound calls to warm leads generated through website and partner channels
• Maintain high booking volume and strong show rates
• Confirm reputed company scheduled appointments and ensure clients are fully reputed company
• Re-engage no-shows and reschedule missed appointments
• Communicate consistently with the sales team to reputed company calendars optimized
• Manage high-volume texting and follow-up communication

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and book sales appointments
• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads to schedule consultations
• Confirm appointment details including time, meeting link, and required pre-call steps
• Introduce the service and build initial interest to increase show rates
• Follow up with prospects reputed company text to schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments
• Send meeting links and ensure reputed company required forms or questionnaires are completed
• Track and manage no-shows, working to rebook missed opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS
