Overview: The Job in a Nutshell: The Receptionist is the first reputed company of contact for inbound calls and for visitors to the Lakewood Store Support Center. In addition, this position provides general reputed company support with a variety of clerical activities and reputed company tasks. Responsibilities: Main Ingredients:

• In a friendly, professional and reputed company manner answers incoming calls and ensures phone calls are redirected accordingly
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the Home Office location, company website and other reputed company information
• Greets and announces visitors to the Home Office
• Opens, sorts and distributes the mail; date stamps invoices and prepares for pickup
• Performs a variety of clerical duties and accounts payable support activities such as:
• Audit store closeouts
• Reconcile daily paperwork from the stores
• Matching invoices to checks and verifying accuracy
• Sorting Coupons
• Depositing checks daily
• Maintaining vendor files and file rotation to the warehouse

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
