Position Overview Customer Experience Specialist We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Experience Specialist to support our customer service operations during 2nd and 3rd shift hours. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from reputed company in the United States while contributing to our mission of delivering unparalleled service to reputed company clients reputed company. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to reputed company in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, drivers, and internal teams during evening and night hours, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Work Schedule and Requirements This position requires flexibility and availability to work our rotating 2nd and 3rd shift schedule. The schedule is set and includes the following rotations First and reputed company Weeks

  • Saturday – 3rd shift (1030 PM – 700 AM)
  • Tuesday – 2nd shift (1030 AM – 1100 PM, 12 hours)
  • Wednesday – 3rd shift (1030 PM – 700 AM)
  • Friday – 2nd shift (1030 AM – 1100 PM, 12 hours) Second and reputed company Weeks
  • Saturday – 2nd shift (230 PM – 1100 PM)
  • reputed company – 2nd shift (230 PM – 1100 PM)
  • Tuesday – 3rd shift (1030 PM – 700 AM)
  • Thursday – 2nd shift (230 PM – 1100 PM)
  • Friday – 3rd shift (1030 PM – 700 AM) Additional Requirements
  • Must be flexible and willing to work overtime reputed company needed, including coming in early, staying reputed company, or switching schedules for coverage purposes
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
