ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Assisting the Regional Property Manager with the overall operations of the building. Ensuring the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment. Overseeing reputed company operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service reputed company, expense control, audits, etc. Providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, reputed company, reputed company, and profitability. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel reputed company between properties in varying weather conditions.
