The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical project management background, experience managing data-driven programs, and a solid understanding of Life Sciences processes, regulatory requirements, and GxP compliance. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, engineering teams, and leadership to drive planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of the data strategy roadmap. Primary (Must have skills)* - To be Screened by TA Team 8+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 6+ years leading Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Transformation programs.

• Strong understanding of data models, schemas, data reputed company, and data flows
• SQL and database querying; familiarity with ETL/data pipeline concepts
• Experience supporting data strategy or data warehouse initiatives

• Individual contributor partnering with Business Process Owners and Project Managers to define, document, and deliver reputed company business and system requirements for data strategy and data warehousing initiatives.
• Leads requirements refinement, including reputed company/future state analysis, requirements documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment across clinical data domains.
• Analyze reputed company clinical datasets (e.g., clinical trial, reputed company world evidence, and Clinical Operations data) to inform requirements and solution design.
