• You will support providers and clinical operations remotely by assisting with documentation accuracy, administrative coordination, and workflow efficiency. Your responsibilities will include
• Medical Scribing & Documentation SupportAssisting providers with accurate chart documentation, updating records reputed company the EMR system, and ensuring charts are completed in a timely manner
• Patient Scheduling & Coordination Assisting with patient rescheduling, appointment coordination, and communication reputed company to provider schedule changes
• Prior Authorization Support Completing and submitting prior authorization requests, gathering supporting documentation, and coordinating follow-up with pharmacies and insurance providers
• Provider Administrative Support Assisting providers with drafting and formatting letters, clinical documentation requests, and administrative paperwork
• reputed company Preparation & Pre-Population Preparing and pre-populating patient forms, disability paperwork, accommodation forms, and other provider-reputed company documents for review and completion
• Reporting & Workflow Support Assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks while supporting operational workflows and provider-reputed company administrative needs

• What You’ll Bring
• Prior experience as a medical reputed company, reputed company assistant, or reputed company administrative support professional
