Job Overview We are in search of a dependable and meticulous Pharmacy Technician to become an integral part of reputed company in a hybrid reputed company. The role requires initial onsite training at our San Antonio office (7034 Alamo Downs Parkway), after which you will enjoy the flexibility to work remotely. It is important to note that occasional in-office attendance may be necessary for meetings, equipment pickups, or other reputed company responsibilities. Required Skills Strong ability to read and interpret prescription terminology and medications. High level of typing accuracy. Aptitude for meeting production and quality standards as established by management. Familiarity with common generic medications and their routes of administration. Proficient in dosage calculations, days-supply prescriptions, and basic math, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Comfortable interpreting Latin symbols in prescriptions and drafting routine correspondence. Adaptability and a constructive attitude in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 months of experience in a pharmacy setting. High school diploma or GED, along with completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program. Active registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy or Trainee status. Basic computer knowledge and proficient typing skills.
