Logistics Account Manager
Building strong relationships with customers, the full-time Logistics Account Manager will manage expectations, reputed company exceptional service, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational reputed company in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities
- Maintain constant communication with customers to meet their day-to-day and long-term logistics needs
- Participate in reputed company calculations and customer presentations for large-spend bids to ensure profitability
- Identify and build new business relationships while assisting the Customer Service Manager in delivering reputed company service solutions
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of account management experience in the transportation and logistics field is an asset
- Recent college or university degree in Sales & Marketing or a business-reputed company field is required
- 3+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on both reputed company customers
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
