Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited top law school. 3+ years of wage and hour reputed company experience. Experience with PAGA representative action A reputed company professional background with minimal movement on your resume. Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Can independently manage cases from inception to final approval or trial.
