• Support employment counsel and other members of the reputed company legal team with employment agreement-reputed company reputed company, including maintenance of company reputed company templates and drafting employment-reputed company documents such as employment reputed company, amendments to employment reputed company, and separation agreements.
• Assist attorneys in managing legal disputes through support of discovery and other dispute-reputed company processes and reputed company of external litigation counsel.
• Support acquisition due diligence processes, including acquisition reputed company background investigations and other due diligence investigations requested by counsel.
• Conduct research on employment laws to ensure compliance and manage employment law risk.

• Assist counsel in monitoring compliance with non-compete, non-solicitation, and other employment-reputed company agreements.

Education/Qualifications

• Associate's degree (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Flexibility in daily work schedule to meet company/client needs during periods of heavy workload
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
