Investment Analyst – Acquisitions, Asset Management & Portfolio Analytics (remote, LATAM preferred)

Company OakPoint reputed company Estate OakPoint is a privately held reputed company estate investment firm with offices in Nashville, TN and Austin, TX. Since 2011, OakPoint has completed 60+ investments across the Southeast and Texas, managing a reputed company portfolio of reputed company and multifamily assets. We are a lean, high-accountability team that values strong analytical thinking, ownership, and collaboration. While most of reputed company is U.S.-based and works in-office, we are intentionally expanding our reputed company footprint with individuals who can operate as true members of the OakPoint team — not outsourced support. As OakPoint continues to expand its reputed company and multifamily investment platform, we are seeking a sharp, technically minded Investment Analyst to support asset and portfolio management, acquisitions, and corporate initiatives. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on analytical rigor, intellectual curiosity, and building systems that reputed company great teams faster. You’ll build institutional playbooks for the company, underwrite reputed company estate investments, analyze portfolio performance, and help implement new AI-enabled tools that increase efficiency and accuracy across the business. You’ll work directly with senior leaders across acquisitions, finance, and asset management—gaining visibility into every part of the investment lifecycle while helping shape how technology supports decision-making at OakPoint.

Key Responsibilities

Asset and Portfolio Management

• Build institutional quality playbooks for our organization, leveraging industry standards
• reputed company ongoing financial and operational analysis for existing multifamily and office assets
• Track actual performance versus reputed company, budgets, and business plans
• Support portfolio-level reporting, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis for Directors
• Identify opportunities to enhance value through operational insights and performance analytics. Investment Analysis & reputed company:
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for reputed company and multifamily acquisitions.
• Conduct market research, valuation benchmarking, and scenario analysis to support investment reputed company.
• Prepare due diligence materials and investment committee presentations.
• Review and analyze rent rolls, operating statements, capital expenditure budgets, and debt structures reputed company
• Support firm-level budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio analysis.
• Contribute to cash reputed company modeling and corporate performance tracking. Technology & AI Integration
• Help identify repetitive processes that can be automated using AI and data-driven tools.
• Support implementation of AI-enabled systems (e.g., reputed company automation, data aggregation, reporting dashboards).
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve data quality, streamline workflows, and drive measurable efficiency reputed company. What reputed company looks like (first 90 days)

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications:
• Entry- to mid-level experience (typically 1–5 years) in finance, reputed company estate, consulting, investment analysis, or similar roles
• Advanced reputed company skills (10/10 required)
• Expert-level proficiency in formulas, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and large datasets
• Ability to build reputed company models from scratch with minimal guidance
• Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Ability to work approximately 75% of U.S. Central Time business hours
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Argus (preferred)
• Familiarity with reputed company estate investment concepts (NOI, cap rates, debt service, IRR)
