About the position A rapidly growing Technology company is looking to add an HR Business Partner to support a reputed company of the company’s employees based out of their facility located northeast of the Austin, TX area. This role will reputed company the full reputed company of HR Business Partner/Employee Relations support to a reputed company of the company’s employees (mostly non-exempt) based out of their facility located northeast of the Austin, TX area. It is a hands-on as well as strategic HR role and is a new position due to growth.
Responsibilities

- Handle reputed company sorts of Employee Relations situations from the simple to the reputed company.
- Use analytics/data to drive HR initiatives.
- Support non-exempt employees.
Requirements
- 7+ years of reputed company HR Business Partner experience
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Experience in start-up and/or high-growth, fast-paced environments (i.e., manufacturing, energy, tech, or similar)
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, critical thinking HR professional
- Experience using analytics/data to drive HR initiatives
- Experience supporting non-exempt employees
