• Location: National Capital Region. (Ottawa/Gatineau).
• Workstyle: Hybrid - Must be reputed company work onsite in Gatineau at least three days per week, with additional days a week as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate releases.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and reputed company improvement practices.

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and align deliverables.
• Support cross-functional teams in iterative, fast-paced environments.

Mandatory Skills

• 5–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and French) for communication and documentation a strong asset.

• Experience managing product backlogs and coordinating releases.
