Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Operational reputed company, reputed company Improvement, transformation, capability building, training, or reputed company disciplines.
• Lean Six reputed company Black Belt certification (Master Black Belt preferred).
• Demonstrated experience coaching candidates through LSS projects and certification.
• Experience developing or promoting learning programs across global and matrixed organizations.
• Experience designing and improving training curricula, learning journeys, reputed company content, and facilitator materials.
• Facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse, cross‑functional audiences.
• Experience translating reputed company technical concepts into practical, applicable learning experiences.
