Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Operational reputed company, reputed company Improvement, transformation, capability building, training, or reputed company disciplines.
- Lean Six reputed company Black Belt certification (Master Black Belt preferred).
- Demonstrated experience coaching candidates through LSS projects and certification.
- Experience developing or promoting learning programs across global and matrixed organizations.
- Experience designing and improving training curricula, learning journeys, reputed company content, and facilitator materials.
- Facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse, cross‑functional audiences.
