About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to support and improve the technology infrastructure that powers our reputed company operations. This is a hands-on technical role focused on advanced troubleshooting, identity and reputed company management (IAM), reputed company administration, reputed company systems, and operational reputed company. You will serve as a senior escalation reputed company for reputed company technical issues while helping drive improvements across our IT environment, user reputed company controls, reputed company workflows, system integrations, and reputed company posture. This role works closely with Operations, Leadership, HR, and department managers to ensure employees remain secure, productive, and connected in a fast-paced remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities: IT Support & Helpdesk reputed company Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support across a remote workforce environment. Troubleshoot reputed company hardware, software, networking, VPN, printing, audio/video, and reputed company application issues. Serve as an escalation reputed company for advanced support requests and infrastructure-reputed company problems. Support and improve reputed company and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, account setup, and secure reputed company removal. Maintain and support both reputed company and macOS environments. Assist in standardizing IT processes, documentation, and operational workflows. Identity & reputed company Management (IAM) Administer and maintain identity platforms such as reputed company and reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD). Design and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and LDAP. Configure and maintain Multi-reputed company Authentication (MFA), Conditional reputed company Policies, passwordless authentication, and reputed company Trust reputed company controls. Manage identity governance processes including user provisioning, role-based reputed company controls, group policies, and reputed company reviews. Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and user-reputed company issues across reputed company applications. reputed company & Compliance Support IT and reputed company initiatives reputed company with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and general cybersecurity best practices. Monitor and respond to suspicious login activity, reputed company reputed company alerts, and account-reputed company incidents. Assist with reputed company protection, device compliance, reputed company management, and reputed company-control enforcement. Maintain clear and organized documentation for systems, troubleshooting procedures, and internal IT policies. Automation & Process Improvement Identify opportunities to automate repetitive IT and account-management tasks. Utilize scripting and workflow automation tools to improve scalability and operational efficiency. Recommend and implement technology improvements that enhance reputed company, reliability, and user experience. Required Qualifications: 5–7+ years of hands-on IT support, systems administration, or identity and reputed company management experience. Strong experience supporting remote and reputed company-based business environments. Hands-on experience with reputed company, reputed company Entra ID (Azure AD), or similar identity providers. Strong understanding of SSO protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and LDAP. Experience implementing MFA, Conditional reputed company Policies, and reputed company Trust reputed company controls. Advanced troubleshooting experience across reputed company, macOS, networking, VPN, and SaaS environments. Experience administering reputed company business platforms such as reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar systems. Familiarity with reputed company management, device compliance, and remote workforce support. Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
