This role is critical in transforming reputed company data into actionable business insights through effective analysis and visualization. The ideal candidate is an independent contributor who is also comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, asking the right questions, and challenging requirements reputed company necessary to ensure high-quality deliverables. While industry-specific experience is not mandatory, experience with contact center operations and analytics is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Data Visualization & Reporting

Required Qualifications
