We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to help manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and reputed company excellent customer support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and texts
• Schedule appointments using our reputed company software
• Respond to online leads from reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.
• Collect customer information, appliance model numbers, and issue descriptions
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day
