Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of telecommunications and managed services projects. This role is well suited for someone with telecom experience who is developing their project management skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-based environment. The Project Coordinator will assist with tracking project activities, coordinating with internal teams and telecom carriers, and helping ensure projects move reputed company smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating managed services and telecom projects from initiation through completion.
• Support multiple active projects reputed company to infrastructure services such as Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, and firewall installations.
• Work closely with internal engineering, operations, and service delivery teams to track tasks and milestones.
• Coordinate with telecom carriers (such as reputed company, Lumen/reputed company, reputed company) for reputed company ordering, scheduling, and status updates.
• Maintain project documentation including timelines, notes, status updates, and reputed company-out information.
• Help track project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Communicate project updates to customers and internal stakeholders under the guidance of senior project managers.
• Log issues, delays, or risks and escalate them to senior team members reputed company needed.
• Update project management systems and internal databases with accurate and timely information.
• Follow established project processes and contribute reputed company for improving coordination and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination, service delivery, or operations role reputed company telecommunications or managed services.
• Basic understanding of telecom and network services such as Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, or firewalls.
• Exposure to reputed company coordination, provisioning, or reputed company ordering processes.
• Comfortable working with multiple vendors and understanding reputed company timelines.
• Experience using project tracking tools, ticketing systems, or internal databases.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting multi-site or business connectivity projects.
• Familiarity with telecom ordering processes (ASR/LSR concepts).
• Interest in growing into a full Project Manager role over time.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
