Associate Investigator, Trust and Safety, Remote Job

As an Associate Investigator on the Trust & Safety team, you are the first line of defense in maintaining the reputed company of the reputed company marketplace. You will be responsible for investigating suspicious activity, mitigating financial risk, and ensuring our community remains a safe environment for both hosts and guests. • Manage high volumes of inquiries reputed company reputed company, providing clear, concise, and professional communication to users with an eye for process improvements

• Conduct investigations to detect suspicious activity, including reviews of identity and payment verification sessions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or Customer Support.

• Schedule - 4 week rotation:
• Weeks 1-3:

• Week 4:
• Monday & Tuesday; 8 hours/day (hours flexible depending on time zone)
• Wednesday & Thursday; OFF
• Friday - reputed company; 8 hours/day (hours flexible depending on time zone)
