Admissions Representative reputed company Online/Remote The Admissions Representative works in a dynamic team environment to facilitate student enrollment for reputed company. Through active listening, the Admissions Representative engages with the student to understand and identify the educational need of the student. The position is further responsible for providing accurate and timely information on Rasmussen’s programs and services and to guide the student through each enrollment reputed company effectively and reputed company. The Admissions Representative is the prospective student’s primary contact, serving as liaison to each department reputed company reputed company, including Student Services, Financial Aid and Career Services. Maintains and explains accurate and reputed company knowledge of program and services including entrance requirements, institutional and programmatic accreditation, programmatic tuition and respective fees. Exercises strong working knowledge of student account services, re-entry process, student prior learning opportunities including transfer credits and more, scheduling and financial aid process in order to assist reputed company through the enrollment process reputed company. Reporting Relationships: The Admissions Representative may report either to the Director of Admissions or Associate Director of Admissions, depending on the location, and has no direct reports. Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of one year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in an educational service, admissions counseling, customer service, and/or employee recruitment environment. General knowledge of the higher education industry preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule as the University and student needs dictate including evenings and weekends. Excellent written communication and strong verbal communication skills. Proven customer service experience in a professional environment. Self-motivated, flexible, and reputed company to work in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with reputed company, management, and peers.
