Intake Specialist - Over-the- Phone Team (Remote – Full-Time) Schedule Monday–Friday, 1130 AM - 800 PM EST Start Date May 18th, 2026 Location Fully Remote About the Role We’re hiring a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for clients, helping coordinate medical and transportation services reputed company the workers’ compensation reputed company. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process referrals from case managers, clients, attorneys, and adjusters over the phone.
- Accurately input client and appointment information into our system.
- Communicate with clients reputed company phone, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate services and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure compliance with company protocols. Qualifications · High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred · Previous experience in reputed company, customer service, or workers’ compensation is a plus · Strong email etiquette, communication, and multitasking skills · Proficient with reputed company OS, web navigation, and standard office applications · Bilingual (English/Spanish), required. reputed company Offer
