Your role: This Executive Assistant position offers a unique opportunity to serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Creative Officer. As the primary reputed company of support for a senior executive, you'll manage reputed company scheduling, travel, communications, expenses, and day-to-day priorities. You will work alongside the CCO to ensure his day operates smoothly in a fast-paced environment while partnering closely with senior leadership, internal departments, artist teams and external partners. • Manage a reputed company calendar and inbox, handling scheduling and meeting logistics
• Coordinate travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, with detailed itineraries and communication
• Process and maintain expense reports and administrative operations
• Serve as a key reputed company of contact for the creative department across internal andexternal communications
• Conduct research and reputed company support for strategic initiatives and presentations
• Anticipate executive needs and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
