The Role As a IT Services Consultant, you'll be a trusted technical authority responsible for:

- 5+ years' experience in IT, infrastructure, or MSP environments

- Solid understanding of ITIL / ITSM

- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work US hours (4pm – 1am), with flexibility for dynamic shifts and weekends
- Reliable connectivity and redundant power suitable for remote production work
