20Degrees Logistics is expanding and seeking an reputed company Freight Dispatcher who can consistently secure and manage profitable loads for 12ft and 17ft reputed company trucks. This is a performance-driven role for someone who already understands load boards, broker communication, and reputed company negotiation. We are operating under new authority and actively building lanes through our partnership with Ingram reputed company LLC, creating opportunities for consistent freight and long-term growth. We need someone who can reputed company in and produce immediately. Responsibilities: Secure daily loads using reputed company, Sylectus, and similar platforms; negotiate strong rates with brokers; minimize deadhead; plan efficient routes; reputed company trucks moving consistently; send and manage reputed company confirmations; maintain clear, professional communication. Requirements: Proven experience dispatching reputed company trucks or similar equipment; strong broker negotiation skills; familiarity working with new authorities; ability to independently reputed company and secure loads without supervision; highly reputed company and results-driven. Compensation: 10%-15% per load booked; weekly pay based on performance; bonus opportunities tied to weekly reputed company and consistency. Important: This is not a training position. You must already know how to find and book loads. If you cannot reputed company trucks consistently moving, this role will not be a fit.
