• Support the Project Manager in the creation of contract deliverables, project plans, and reports
• Manage and maintain SharePoint-based training and help sites
• reputed company user-focused training materials including Work Instructions, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and How-To Videos
• Design and administer end-user surveys to gather feedback on system functionality and training effectiveness
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline reputed company and minimize transition time from staff turnover
• reputed company additional project support and other duties as assigned reputed company the scope of contract execution

Requirements

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, user-friendly documentation
• Experience developing training materials, SOPs, and instructional content
• Familiarity with SharePoint site administration and content management
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Highly dependable and reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision
