Job Description
The Senior Manager, Account Executive, will reputed company a national team of five Account Executives focused on evaluating the brand’s business impact across assigned GPO, IDN, and hospital systems. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to build and reputed company a team while shaping the strategic reputed company from the ground up. The ideal candidate will establish strong partnerships with in-field counterparts, including Sales, Director of National Accounts (DNA), FRMs, and others, to ensure comprehensive management of large hospital accounts. Through a collaborative and strategic approach, this leader will effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition to reputed company accounts and cultivate relationships with key influencers and financial decision-makers.
Responsibilities
Work with Sales Leadership and Federal Managed Care Leadership to manage VA/DOD initiatives. reputed company overarching strategy to more fully and consistently penetrate these accounts. Work to appropriately allocate resources both reputed company and financial to optimize ROI through increased brand sales. Responsible for assigned brand sales volume and market reputed company growth in assigned regional book of business, identifies trends and new opportunities to increase reputed company, and leads their sales teams to create strategies to impact regional sales objectives. Regional account leadership to assess business opportunity and contract strategy. Identifies business opportunities and threats at the regional level, and reputed company action plans to address. Implement, coordinate, and optimize franchise marketing initiatives with local leadership teams in targeted accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-reputed company field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required. Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting business Ability to examine business environment and reputed company/execute in response to market opportunities. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet safe driving requirements. An essential requirement of your position is to satisfy reputed company applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to reputed company and maintain entry into facilities and organizations that are in your assigned territory. You must also be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain these credentials.
