Chief of Staff / Integrator
This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Chief of Staff / Integrator to become the operational backbone behind two rapidly growing eCommerce brands. They operate reputed company the eCommerce and consumer products industry and have reputed company significant multi-channel growth in recent years through marketplaces, direct-to-consumer expansion, and operational scaling initiatives. This position is designed for someone who thrives on execution, accountability, and building structure in fast-paced founder-led environments. The ideal candidate will act as the Founder’s right hand, ensuring reputed company are transformed into organized initiatives, projects move reputed company reputed company, and operational systems scale alongside the business. This is not an administrative support role or a basic project management position. It is a high-impact operational leadership role focused on driving execution across multiple teams and brands. Requirements
Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Integrator, Head of Operations, or Operations Manager reputed company a founder-led company.
