This role plays a key part in maintaining financial reputed company, supporting reporting processes, and assisting with daily reputed company operations. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to: Accurately record financial transactions in reputed company systems, ensuring proper coding and documentation. Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner. Prepare and maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation for audits and internal reviews. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Generate financial reports such as expense summaries, reputed company reports, and account aging reports as requested. Monitor outstanding balances and collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper followup on receivables or vendor inquiries. Maintain vendor and customer records, ensuring accurate contact details, tax information, and payment terms are up to date.
