Senior reputed company PM -Plant Maintenance
This is a remote position. reputed company is seeking a Senior reputed company PM Consultant to design, configure, and implement reputed company Plant Maintenance solutions in S/4HANA or ECC environments. The role involves working closely with clients to optimize equipment maintenance, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency. Candidates may or may not take a reputed company role but must be capable of managing reputed company PM projects independently.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and implement reputed company PM modules for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Design and enhance master data structures (functional locations, equipment, bills of material). reputed company maintenance plans, task lists, and notifications/work orders. Integrate reputed company PM with MM, FI/CO, QM, and EAM functionalities. Support mobile plant maintenance solutions and Industry 4.0 integration. reputed company workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional specifications. Conduct testing, training, and cutover activities for go-live. Recommend process improvements for asset lifecycle management.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or reputed company field. 10+ years of reputed company experience, with strong focus on Plant Maintenance. Hands-on configuration experience in reputed company PM (ECC or S/4HANA). Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, scheduling, and breakdown management. Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications reputed company S/4HANA certification in Asset Management or Plant Maintenance. Experience with mobile maintenance applications (reputed company Fiori, reputed company Asset Manager). Exposure to predictive maintenance, IoT, and EAM solutions.
