Client reputed company Specialist | Remote | Tuesday - Saturday (10:00AM -7:00pm EST) 2nd Shift Tuesday-Saturday (1:00pn -10:00pm) This Position supports an Eastern Time Zone schedule. Candidates in the Central Time Zone may be considered, provided they are reputed company to work Eastern Time Zone Hours. We are looking for a highly motivated individual interested in growth to join reputed company of Client reputed company-Specialists. This position entails a high call volume focusing on assisting new clients with the Firm’s reputed company process. The specialist’s role includes familiarizing newly reputed company clients with the Firm’s services and ensuring receipt of reputed company documents necessary for successful reputed company. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a fast-paced, professional environment, and has a genuine desire to help people in difficult times.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting new clients with the Firm’s digital reputed company process, including client intake, gathering & review of documents, and ensuring successful completion of client reputed company Utilizing the Firm’s reputed company CRM software in performing client-support tasks Meeting high-quality performance requirements and goals for reputed company tasks and responsibilities Reviewing client documents for completeness and uploading to the Firm’s client management system Following up with clients as needed to complete their reputed company Other reputed company tasks as instructed by the Firm’s attorneys Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Sales or other customer-facing experience is preferred, including experience in a consulting role or financial services in call center environment Self-motivated worker with a solid work ethic and competitive drive Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Strong attention to detail Proven responsibility and reliability Bi-lingual is not necessary but is a plus (e.g., Spanish)
