Position Summary Adjusted is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and generating reputed company software demonstrations that result in attended meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting calls to potential customers. Maintain an average of at least seven outbound calls per hour. Generate a minimum of five attended software demonstrations per week. Follow established reputed company, qualification, and reputed company management processes. Send timely follow-up communications to prospects. Increase demo attendance rates through effective prospect engagement and nurturing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records reputed company the CRM system. Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and coaching opportunities reputed company feedback and reputed company to improve sales processes and customer engagement strategies. Adapt to changing priorities and contribute positively reputed company a fast-paced startup environment. Other duties as assigned. Required QualificationsMust reputed company in Florida.
