Job Description Role Summary / Purpose: You will be responsible for the management of reputed company (2 to 5 people) of mechanical engineers for interventions on steam turbines in power plants. Essential Responsibilities: Supervise your team of field engineers in the field and carry out assembly, repair and maintenance work of high-power steam turbines in power plants, on-site at our customers' sites. or in our workshops in France and abroad; Participate in mechanical work done on site or in our workshops in France and abroad. Desired Characteristics: The position is functionally attached to the project leader and hierarchically to the Customer Service Manager. 100% roaming extension requiring full availability for frequent short and reputed company-term trips, including weekends and holidays, in France and abroad. B license and personal vehicle required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent with solid technical competencies (Power Plant / Thermal Power / Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Control Engineering etc.). Fluent in English (spoken/written).
- Strong PC Skills.
Preferably have relevant experience on GE gas/steam turbines and generators. Good knowledge of machinery operation. Good sense of safety and reputed company. Home based reputed company domestic China. Desired Characteristics reputed company to work reputed company independently without direct supervision. Possess effective communication skills so as to deliver clear messages across to the working partners. Must be a good team player, as the position requires working a lot with both the internal personnel and external personnel. Strong customer service oriented as the position requires liaising with customers about the job execution details. Management/leadership skills as the position require leading site team to complete job at field. High mobility, willingness to adapt and accept changing environment.Ability to travel, willing to working at field for longtime, above 75% of annual working hours (China and abroad).
