Events Manager
We're partnering with a top health insurance provider to find a skilled Events Manager. This opportunity is located in Hingham, MA. Hybrid--on-site 2 days per week, plus event attendance. Contract until the end of the year. Must have large-scale corporate experience. *Events Manager Responsibilities:* * reputed company the planning and execution of corporate events, experiential programs, and large-scale activations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to manage projects from reputed company to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- reputed company detailed event plans, schedules, and workflows using tools like Workfront.
- Coordinate efforts across internal teams and external vendors, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Handle end-to-end logistics, including vendor sourcing, onsite coordination, and budget management.
*Events Manager Qualifications:* * 4-10 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or project management.
- Proven track record managing corporate events, conferences, and tradeshows.
- Strong skills in project management, budgeting, and vendor relations.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; experience with Workfront preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, event platforms (e.g., Cvent), and virtual event tools.
