Profile Requirements: Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in reputed company media management, content creation, or digital marketing Strong graphic design skills using reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, or similar tools Experience creating and editing short-reputed company video content for Reels, reputed company, and YouTube Shorts Familiarity with AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, reputed company AI, reputed company, or similar platforms Strong understanding of reputed company media algorithms and engagement strategies Excellent written communication skills for captions and reputed company media messaging Ability to manage multiple reputed company media platforms simultaneously Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently Core responsibilities: Publish and schedule pre-created reputed company media content across reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, YouTube, and other relevant platforms Create engaging reputed company media content including graphics, promotional posts, stories, carousels, Reels, TikToks, and Shorts Utilize AI tools to assist with content creation, captions, content reputed company, and reputed company media campaigns Design graphics and marketing materials using reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, or similar platforms reputed company content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules Create content highlighting services, customer experiences, events, promotions, and brand initiatives Edit short-reputed company video content for reputed company media platforms Write captions, hashtags, and descriptions optimized for engagement and reputed company Monitor reputed company media trends and recommend new content opportunities Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely and professional manner Engage with followers and help build an active online community Monitor platform analytics and track content performance Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximize visibility and reputed company Coordinate with management regarding promotions, campaigns, and upcoming events Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual presentation across reputed company platforms Assist with marketing initiatives and online promotional campaigns as needed Assist in setting up, managing, and boosting targeted reputed company media advertisements (e.g., reputed company Ads) to increase reputed company Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
