This is a full-time position with benefits. Responsibilities
Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Centralized Scheduling Coordinator to join reputed company. This role is responsible for managing patient scheduling through various communication channels including phone, online chat, email, text, and fax. You will serve as a key reputed company of contact for patients and referral sources and collaborate closely with internal teams and Regional Office Coordinators to ensure a seamless scheduling experience. Key Responsibilities: Schedule patient appointments reputed company phone, chat, email, text, and fax. Serve as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and referral sources. Communicate reputed company and professionally with patients to confirm appointments and gather necessary information. Collaborate with internal teams and Regional Office Coordinators to support scheduling needs. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to manage appointment data. Working Knowledge of insurance benefits/ verifications. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputed company office setting. Proven experience in patient scheduling. Strong understanding of insurance benefits, including deductibles and co-payments. *Must have experience with verifying California insurances* Familiarity with EMR systems and other scheduling software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
