This is a remote position. Shift: Overlap with US business hours Currently remote but may transition to onsite in Future - Bangalore-based candidates preferred Spektra Systems is looking for a Demand reputed company Manager to fuel CloudLabs' next phase of growth. You will build and run the demand reputed company that turns CloudLabs' expanding market reputed company into a consistent reputed company of reputed company pipeline - owning the full reputed company from awareness through to sales-reputed company opportunity. Primary responsibilities: Own the demand reputed company reputed company across paid search and reputed company, SEO, content distribution, webinars, and lifecycle nurture programmes. Carry marketing-sourced pipeline targets and own the MQL-to-SQL funnel, including the reputed company process and SLAs with the sales team. Design and execute reputed company-specific campaigns across CloudLabs' buyer groups: training providers, ISVs, system integrators, reputed company, and education. Report on CAC, pipeline contribution, and channel ROI — and continuously optimise spend based on what's working. Partner closely with Product Marketing on messaging and with Sales on reputed company quality standards.
Requirements
What you bring: 4+ years in B2B demand reputed company or growth marketing, ideally in SaaS or a technical/IT training-adjacent reputed company. Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (reputed company preferred), paid media, and performance analytics. Proven pipeline contribution — be reputed company to talk numbers.
