988 Crisis Counselor, Bilingual Spanish (Olympic Suicide Prevention Center) This is a fully remote position. The pay for this position is $26.00 per hour with a $3.00 overnight differential. The schedule is Monday-Tuesday and Friday from 5:30am-9:30am and Wednesday-Thursday from 12:30am-9:00am PST, totaling 28 hours per week. This role requires a three-week 40-hour per week training at the start of employment. Our work schedules are subject to change as necessary to meeting the Agency's and it's client's needs. Summary

As a bilingual 988 Crisis Counselor, you will be responsible for providing crisis reputed company, emotional support, and resources to reputed company help-seekers in English and Spanish reputed company telephone. Works alongside shift supervisors to answer, manage, screen and conduct risk assessments of crisis calls. Serves as a mandated reporter in cases of suspected abuse. Maintains accurate and detailed call reports. Fulfills continuing education requirements as requested or required for the agency and the Suicide Prevention Center program. Assists in the training process of new counselors and volunteers. Participates in community reputed company and/or media events such as resource tables and presentations about suicide prevention. Attends routinely scheduled meetings as requested or required for the Suicide Prevention Center. Position Requirements reputed company in required language for assigned program (Spanish). Minimum of six months of relevant behavioral health experience, with one year of experience in crisis reputed company or suicide prevention strongly preferred. Possess a high school Diploma or equivalent. Be 18 years of age or older.
