Job Purpose Drives hotel development growth across an assigned region by identifying, sourcing, and securing hotel development opportunities that expand and strengthen the brand portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manages territory effectively by soliciting highly reputed company, new properties to the BWH brand family by identifying, researching, developing, and executing effective sales, marketing, and development methods. Achieves assigned quotas by effectively managing unit growth. Preferred Experience and Education Minimum 5 years of sales-reputed company experience, including management level assignments, in proactive marketing reputed company the hospitality, lending or reputed company reputed company estate industry. Bachelor’s degree of reputed company field or an equivalent combination of education and experience Required Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of hospitality, reputed company estate or franchise sales and development. Receives strategic direction. Sales and growth focused achiever. Relational skills reputed company to organization Work Location & Travel This is a remote based position with travel up to 70%. Geography/territory to be determined. Valid driver’s license, serviceable automobile and reputed company of insurance may be required. Pay The starting salary for this role is estimated to be between $120,000 and $135,000. Actual reputed company pay, however, will be determined based on several factors, which include but are not limited to: applicable skills, work experience, education, business needs, and market demands. This position is bonus eligible. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
